Terms of Service
- In shared social and private sauna sessions respect your fellow sauna users and enjoy the sauna in a calm, quiet manner to allow all users to enjoy a rejuvenating sauna experience. Make space for fellow users. Sit on a towel.
- Swimwear must be worn in the sauna.
- Each sauna user must bring a towel into the sauna to sit on, bring a second towel for drying off after.
- Hydrate well during your session and be sure to bring water to drink during and after your session. Electrolytes are beneficial in drinking water after your sauna and will help replenish lost key minerals such as magnesium, sodium, calcium and potassium. Adding celtic sea salt and a splash of lemon/lime juice to your water will do the trick.
- Go at your own pace. Sauna is a leisurely retreat. You should settle in, get comfortable, and spend your time relaxing and not rush through it. This is why we offer 50 minute sauna slots. Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times. Sauna sessions of no longer than 20mins at a time ( we recommend sessions of 5-15 mins), before exiting the sauna and trying a cold plunge and a rest period to recover and recalibrate. Then repeat.
- Pouring water on the rocks: Follow operators instructions on how to pour water onto the hot rocks. Only pour the provided sauna water on the hot rocks and nothing else. Pouring water on the rocks will increase the temperature of the sauna significantly. Always check with fellow sauna users before you add water to rocks.
- Only use essential oils provided by sauna operators and always check with fellow sauna users before adding these to the sauna water. Do not add essential oils directly to the sauna rocks.
- If the heat is overwhelming, sit on a lower bench of the sauna or exit the sauna to rest and recalibrate.
- All sauna users use the sauna at their own risk. If you have any reservations regarding sauna use, such as medical conditions, underlying health problems, on medication, pregnant, it is advised that consult a medical expert before making a booking.
- All sauna users using the sea/or our cold plunge barrel as a cold plunge do so at their own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are a capable swimmer and can handle being exposed to the temperatures and currents of the sea. It is advised at Renville Pier to enter the sea via the slipway only on high tide and in the sailing off season. The slipway is very slippery and unsafe at low tide. In this case it is advise to go in off the pebble beach west of the slipway and wall. Footwear to walk on pebbles is advised to access the sea.
- No glass bottles permitted in the sauna as these have been known to shatter. No mobile phones or electronic equipment/speakers allowed in the sauna.
- No footwear allowed in the sauna – flip flops/booties. Jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning. Avoid using creams, lotions and make up before using the sauna as these may stain and damage wooden benches
- Alcohol, nudity and smoking are not permitted in the sauna
- Enter and exit the sauna in a safe manner. Do not leave the door of the sauna open for too long on entering/exiting as the temperature will drop quickly. The sauna is accessed via steps. Move mindfully on entering/exiting the sauna due to temperature difference internally and externally.
- Always dip feet in bucket before entering the sauna to ensure gravel and sand entering the sauna is kept to a minimum
- Keep access points clear to allow other users to exit safely and swiftly if needed
- If you are making a booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all users aware of the terms and conditions and to practice safe sauna use.
- Under 16’s are permitted in the sauna under the care and responsibility of their guardian and must be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 ratio.
- Under 12's will not be permitted in social sauna sessions. If you wish to book a private sauna session and wish to bring a child under 12 years of age please contact us to discuss.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone who is intoxicated, or for any other reason that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone who is refused admission.
Refunds & Cancellations
- In the event that we cancel a booking or event, you will be notified by email and refunded.
- There is no refund for ‘no shows’.
- You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance by letting us know via email citing your name and booking reference.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours from your booking a refund will not be possible.
Laws of Sauna Fiáin private club
The laws of the club are as follows and become law once you agree to this agreement, book an appointment, use this website, avail of club services and events or physically enter club premises; The club services, including websites, www.saunafiáin.com and www.saunafiain.com and any social media page started, created or maintained by the club, knowledge and events offered herein are provided by i: the woman; emer-elizabeth, on an ‘as is’ basis; i, and others of mankind do offer our time and property through the club; any knowledge or service offered through the club is property of i, and or of those of mankind who do otherwise create it;
sauna fiáin private club is a private membership club for those of mankind to meet for participation in therapeutic heat and cold exposure, breathwork, yoga, movement therapy, soul and body nourishment and nutrition, events and knowledge sharing on various aspects of health and well-being; All who use sauna fiáin club, enter sauna fiáin premises, attend an event, use knowledge shared, do so as a man or woman only, and do take full responsibility for said participation and use;
i, emer-elizabth, woman; can speak to you as a man or woman only;
The club is hosted by i; the woman; emer-elizabeth; membership of sauna fiáin club is free;membership provides exclusive access to sauna fiáin offerings and events; all activities through or within the club occur within the private domain only;
Contacting i: emer-elizabeth; by any means, to book a sauna fiáin offering or event and subsequently upon entering the sauna fiáin premises/attending an event will be deemed tacit acceptance of the rules of the club which then become law;
All who donate and or compensate for time, events offered and property of i: emer-elizabeth; through this website or any other outlet of the club, do so as a man or woman in the private;
Any property that i; the woman did create, i hereby claim as the property of i; i, emer-elizabeth; declare that the mission of sauna fiáin club to be for the wellbeing and
betterment of its members and of our community and our earth that i do serve; keeping all activities in the private domain;
All donations and or compensation are given before time and or property and or events offered will be shared;
Each man or woman takes full responsibility for their behaviour whilst engaging in sauna fiáin club activities and events, both online and offline, any content they post in any group or forum we manage outside of this website, and does agree to treat others of mankind with respect taking responsibility for their own offences, circumstances, feelings and emotions during interactions with others, and for their participation in services and for their application of any guidance they may receive while in attendance, and agree not to attempt to make those who may host or any others of mankind who may be in attendance responsible for said circumstances and feelings, and or for any consequences of such application;
We reserve the right to terminate membership to the club, or to remove access to services, forums, or to remove or edit any content, at our sole discretion, whether or not a donation or compensation has been made in order to access such services, or to be part of such a group, forum or offering on or off this website;
Any property that i as woman did create, i hereby claim as my property, including the sauna fiáin design and logo;
Any information you provide to this site you do so in the private; we consider the information you provide to this site as your property; we will respect your property and keep it private; we do not store details definitely online; we do not store credit or debit card numbers; Your personal information is used only to provide services offered on this website, in particular, to reserve an appointment, to make a donation and for communication relevant to the services offered; we; do not sell or share any of your personally identifiable information to any third parties, except, of course, to the applicable client whose website you are using;

Lawful Agreement of Sauna Fiáin private club
Sauna Fiáin is a private membership club for those of mankind to meet for participation in therapeutic heat and cold exposure, breathwork, yoga, movement therapy, soul and body nourishment and nutrition, events and knowledge sharing on various aspects of health and well-being; the club is hosted by i: woman; emer-elizabeth; life-time membership is free; membership provides exclusive access to a range of activities, property and time; all activities through or within the club occur within the private domain only; your signup, booking, entry to the premises of and use of sauna fiáin services and events confirms your acceptance to the agreement of membership and laws of the club;
Affirmation
i: enter into this agreement of my own free will;
i, choose to establish this agreement between i, and the woman, emer-elizabeth;
i, agree to be responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of how i, respond to use of sauna fiáin, participate in sauna fiáin events, apply any of the knowledge i, gain here;
i, attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website, or to the sauna fiáin club physical premises, any event or place provided within the club (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as a man/woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statue where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; i, understand that this will be considered to be a trespass by way of barratry and that i, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of €500,000 plus €10/minute the trespass continues;
i, agree that by reserving an appointment/booking an event and making a donation in exchange for the services and benefits of sauna fiáin club; and subsequently, entering the club or event premises of sauna fiáin, that i have read, understand and accept, without coercion, the agreement of membership and laws of the club;
i, understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by law and may be pressed in a court of law by and between those of mankind only;
i, agree not to share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the property offered here, without first obtaining the explicit written consent of the man and or woman who did create it; i, agree to act according to law and with good will, not to engage in destructive behaviour towards any other man or woman who does participate in the club lest my membership be dismissed, and access to all time and or property offered by or through the club cease;
i, agree that there are no refunds for donations, or other value attributed to sauna fiáin membership; what is given is given freely; i, realise that membership donations and subscription guidelines can change; all exchange among members is their private matter to be sorted in their own private communication only;
